  • What happens after the consultation?
    After We have gathered the information from you we will send out a email out linning what we have discussed and will be in touch with over the next few days to see whether there is anything that we can help you with
  • Do you have any products and services you do online
    Yes, we offer an E-Design Shop where you can select from a variety of products that will be delivered to you digitally.
  • May I reach out to you before making any digital purchases?
    We are readily available to address all inquiries through either chat or email or phone communication channels.
  • What Happens once I purchase a digital product?
    You will receive a confirmation email promptly, followed by a confirmation email regarding your style preferences, color choices, and desired timeframe. Typically, this initial phase is completed within the first few hours. Subsequently, your digital product will be delivered within approximately four days, allowing ample time for compiling all necessary information for the selected product.
  • Are E-Designs refundable
    E-Design Services constitute an online, nonrefundable consultation design service. We kindly advise careful consideration before making a selection. Should any queries or uncertainties arise, feel free to reach out via email or message. We are available to address any questions you may have.
